The main site consists of several archeological phases starting with Proto-LepenskiVir, then
LepenskiVirIa-e, LepenskiVir II and LepenskiVir III, whose occupation spanned
well over a millennium from the Mesolithic to the Neolithic period. A number of satellite villages
belonging to the
