The Ankaran settlement is located at the south
end of theMuggia peninsula(also called Ankaran peninsula) and
stretches over the territory of former village Ankaran, Valdoltra, andDebeli Rtič. It is the northernmost of
all coastal settlements of Slovenian Riviera and one of the last settlements on
