month is January (average temperature −0.5 °C), with snow being common in
winter, and the warmest is July (average temperature 19.9 °C). The highest
temperature in Wrocław was recorded on 27 June 1935 (+38 °C) and 31 July
1994 (+37.9 °C), and the lowest was recorded on 8 January 1985
(−30.0 °C)
