High-Quality and Harmonious Neighbourhoods

In Vantaa, zoning, construction supervision and housing issues fall jointly under the sphere of the land use and the environment authorities. Sound land policy, zoning and construction management all ensure that new residential areas as well as further building in existing areas fit in naturally with the present city structure. The aim is to build neighborhoods with high-quality and socially harmonious living environments that offer a wide range of housing options to choose from: options that meet the needs of both current and future Vantaa residents
