From the construction of the ranch, other miners began to build their homes in what would soon become the first street of the village of Yali.
In 1894 Yalí Parish was created, and in 1956 this district was erected to the status of municipality. Also during this year they finished building the slaughterhouse and the municipal plaza fairs.
