The municipality is located in the watershed of theriver Chicamocha, where the right wing between the
hills of Tobanquí, Dead Tahur and amid streams of Guaza and Carbonera is
located the urban area of Tasco.It
belongs to the province of Valderrama and East Central Region of the Department
of Boyacá in the Republic of Colombia.
