The name comes from the Cacique and
Susacón tribe who lived in the village. Ally
means cacique Susa. always commented that Simon
Bolivar was in the town several times between 1,814 and 1,828, and in one of
those trips left forgotten jacket (big bag), and one of his soldiers said,
General! left his SaCon. Hence the name:
