Sativasur population
is mostly Catholic . There
is a sanctuary in which they worship the Lord of Miracles Sativasur , patron of
the region, whom he pays homage in traditional festivals celebrated every year
on the last Friday of January, a holiday which assists people from different
parts of Colombia. This shrine houses the image
