year 2010 marked a decline in capital investment in Boyacá. The creation of new establishments fell 47.7% due to the stagnation of the agricultural sector, followed by public utilities and construction. Tunja handles half of investor flows department, followed by Duitama , also noted for his economic momentum in recent years. Meanwhile, Sogamoso maintains a corporate lethargy.
