Seria is located in the Belait District, in
the mukim of the same name. The municipal town center is set in grid that is
bounded by Jalan Tengah and the Seria Arena to the north, Jalan Lorong Satu
Barat to the east, Jalan Bolkiah to the south and Jalan Lorong Tiga Barat to
the west
