Tichy is known throughout the Algeria for his resort . It is very popular in the early heat by the inhabitants of the region and from the summer holidays by the inhabitants of neighboring wilaya ( Sétif , Constantine ...) or more distant Batna or Oum el Bouaghi .With many hotels and private properties for rent in summer vocation, the city of Tichy however just to renew his garden. Private initiatives exist but by state heritage is not standardized.

Not far from the town is a cave formed by stalactites and stalagmites very popular with tourists. It is located on a cliff pierced by a tunnel road. The entrance is located to the middle of the tunnel.
