Local Council boundaries of Siġġiewi, but is geographically closer
to Dingli. It lies on high ground at an altitude of ca. 750 feet above sea level. An
Upper Coralline outcrop of the Tal-Pitkal Member type is present in the area
known by the toponym of Misraħ Għar il-Kbir. A garigue-type
landscape is prevalent and the random pockets of vegetation and soil owe their
presence to the uneven nature of the terrain
