Vivero (usually leaving around 1pm, but at 11am on Saturdays), and one operated by 14 th October. If you rent a private vehicle to get to the village, count on at least $50 from Latacunga or $100 from Quito.

If you're coming from Latacunga bus and would like to hike the last part, ask the driver to let you out at the Guingopana Pass, from where it's a scenic 3 hour trek to the village
