The judgment of the Supreme Court to rule on the issue of "Land Polonuevo" is that its frontiers or boundaries are as shown in the minutes of the auction of the "royal lands" of 1758, in the proceedings of measurement 1844 and 1845 are the same as those handled in court in the Province of Sabanalarga, 1868 judgment. The Court also states that the lands contained in the minutes of kick-owned Polonuevo Township, as its subsoil, petroleum and other hydrocarbons that are in their land.
