Culture through the National Program of
Concentration, thanks to the research and participation of the Autonomous
Carnival Corporation Palmar de Varela cooperation with Association of
Progressive Sabanagrande who managed to consolidate their efforts with the
national event. Finally from the 2013 Meeting of
the Caribbean Cultural Foundation is working to consolidate the Meeting
caribbean dances and parades that takes place annually, eight days before each
Carnival.
