Cañasgordas is a municipality of Colombia ,
located in the subregion West department of Antioquia .Bordered on the north by the town of Dabeiba , on the south
by the town of Giraldo , on the east by the town of Buriticá and on the west by
the municipalities of Abriaquí and Frontinus .Its
average temperature is 20 º C.Its municipal
seat is 133 kilometers from the city of Medellín , capital of the Department,
and has an area of 391 square kilometers
