Puerto Boyacá is a city and port of Colombia 's department of Boyacá, capital of the Special Management Zone and formerly known as' Territory Vasquez. " Puerto Boyacá is one of the main ports of the region of Magdalena Medio and a population of about 50,000. It is the fifth city of the department. It is also at once the main port city of Boyaca.
