Olaya is a municipality of Colombia, located
in the subregion West department of Antioquia. It
limits the north with the municipality of Liborina, the east with the municipalities
of Belmira and Sopetran, on the south by the municipality of Sopetran and west
with the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia. Its
municipal seat is 100 km from Medellín. It has
an area of 90 km² , making it the smallest municipality in the subregion, below
Giraldo and Armenia , 96 km and 111 km ²,
